Planning a Conference
Wydale Hall is the Retreat and Conference Centre of York Diocese. We welcome church and secular groups of all traditions to hold Conferences with us.
Our Meeting and Conference Facilities comprehend the following five well proportioned fully equipped rooms, all of them with natural light and great views of different aspects of the Wydale Grounds. They have wireless internet connection and can be set up to suit your requirements.
The East Conference Room - £100.00 per day *
This is the largest of our meeting rooms, with a south facing floor to ceiling bay window. It can be arranged in various layouts to suit most groups. Capacity: 60 Theatre Style, 30 Boardroom, 30 Classroom
The West Conference Room - £100.00 per day *
Can be configured to suit most groups. It is situated centrally for all amenities of the Hall. Capacity: 40 Theatre Style, 24 Boardroom, 24 Classroom
The Upper Meeting Room - £80.00 per day *
This is one of our new additions; its situated on the first floor and offers a quiet space for smaller groups. Capacity: 18 Boardroom, 12 Classroom, 15 U-Shape
The Library - £50.00 per day *
It's the perfect setting for smaller groups that want a more informal meeting. Capacity: 15 seated on confortable chairs.
Hope Wing Meeting Room - £60.00 per day *
Situated on the first floor in the Emmaus Centre this room is ideal for those groups who wish to be a bit more independent. Capacity: 30 Theatre Style, 20 U-Shape

Day Delegate: £22.00 per delegate
Includes: Use of all our Conference Facilities as well as the Wydale Hall Grounds and its amenities. Coffee/Tea on arrival, Morning Coffee/Tea with assorted Biscuits, Hot and Cold Buffet Lunch and Afternoon Tea/Coffee with Homemade Cakes.
24hr Delegate: £56.00 per delegate
Includes: Use of all our Conference Facilities as well as the Wydale Hall Grounds and its amenities. Coffee/Tea on arrival, Morning Coffee/Tea with assorted Biscuits, Hot and Cold Buffet Lunch, Afternoon Tea/Coffee with Homemade Cakes, Dinner and Bed and Breakfast.
Half Day Delegate: £16.50 per delegate (Morning Coffee & Lunch or Lunch & Afternoon Tea)
When booking a meeting room only we would be pleased to quote separately for Morning Coffee, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner.
