24 Hour Delegate: £73.00
Includes: Use of all our conference facilities as well as the Wydale Hall grounds and its amenities. Coffee/Tea on arrival, morning coffee/tea with assorted biscuits, hot and cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea/coffee with home-made cakes. Dinner and bed and breakfast.
Half Day-Delegate: £22.00
Includes: Morning coffee & Lunch and Lunch & Afternoon tea.
Large Chapel - £100.00 per day
This is the largest of our meeting rooms and can be arranged in various layouts to suit the needs of most groups. Capacity: 60 theatre style, 30 boardroom
The Conference Room - £100.00 per day
This conference room can be configured to suit most groups. It is centrally situated for all amenities of Wydale hall. Capacity: 50 theatre style, 25 boardroom
The Upper Meeting Room - £80.00 per day
This is situated on the first floor and offers a quite space for smaller groups.
Capacity: 25 theatre style, 16 Boardroom
The Library - £55.00 per day.
Wydale Hall library is the perfect setting for smaller groups who want a more informal meeting. Library is equipped with a range of technical equipment.
Capacity: 15 seated on comfortable chairs.
Wydale is a charitable arm of the Diocese of York. We are non-profit making and we are delighted to be able to offer the facilities that we do at the lowest price we can manage. However, as we have food and staffing costs to consider in advance of bookings it can be costly to us if bookings are cancelled or numbers are reduced at the last minute. Therefore we have to draw your attention to our cancellation policy. In exceptional circumstances we will discuss this with you.
These cancellation charges apply per person:
25% of the total cost will be charged for cancellation with 8 weeks of your stay
50% total cost will be charged for cancellation within 4 weeks of your stay
100% total cost will be charged for cancellation within 7 days of your stay
A non-refundable Reservation Fee of 20% per person for a residential booking will be required (for groups) or payment of the first night (for individuals). A deposit of 310 per person will be required for Wydale non-residential events.
A signed booking form and paid Reservation Fee is confirmation of your booking.
Children under 2 years: Free.
Children aged 2-11: 40% of adult price.
Children aged 12-16: 60% of adult price.
