A Guide to Booking Your Visit at Wydale

Wydale caters for a range wide of visitors, staying different lengths of time, and doing different things. That's why we have put together this simple guide to help you plan for your next visit with us. To help you prepare, we have written some of the key questions below that we will ask you when taking your booking over the phone.

ACCESSIBILITY

The whole of the downstairs at Wydale is accessible to those with special mobility needs. We only have one ground floor fully accessible single room, which has a wet room. It is possible to have twin beds in this room but not if it is also to be wheelchair accessible.

We have a stair lift to a further 4 rooms on the first floor which require no further stairs. There are also 2 further accessible rooms with wet room in the Emmaus Centre (which is a building adjacent to the main Hall)

Wydale is a peaceful and comfortable venue for a private retreat. Even if we have a group in at the same time, there are plenty of spaces to find privacy and seclusion. Many of our rooms have study desks in them and there are several sheltered areas in the grounds. You might want to do your own thing completely or, with prior arrangement, we may be able to arrange someone to help you with a guided retreat. Wydale is a fantastic place to come for a group retreat. To grow together and to pursue Jesus together. We have a wide range of conference facilities, including a self-catered centre called The Emmaus.
