2026 Prices For You
Full Board for 24 Hours: £112.00 per person (£135.00 from January 2027)
Use of a Conference Room (for groups larger than 10), conference facilities, coffee/tea on arrival, morning coffee/tea with biscuits, hot and cold buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with cake, 2 course dinner, bed, full English breakfast.
Full Board Weekend : £224.00per person (£250.00 from January 2027)
Friday 4pm to Sunday 3pm. Use of a conference room (for groups larger than 10), conference facilities. Tea and Coffee available all day, 2 courses dinner on Friday, full English breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, 2 course dinner on Saturday evening and roast lunch on Sunday.

The Hideaway (first floor double bedsit):
£68.00 per night for one or two people (£85.00 from January 2027)
Hope Wing Rooms ENSUITE (ground floor double bedsits)
£58.00 per night for one or two people (£75.00 from January 2027)
Hope Wing Rooms PRIVATE BATHROOM BUT NOT ENSUITE (ground floor twin bedsits)
£53.00 per night for one or two people (£65.00 from January 2027)
Self Catering in Hideaway and Hope Wing does not allow access to the Hall and it’s facilities (you are welcome to use the grounds).
Private Retreat Day: £22.00 (£25.00 from January 2027)
Use of the Hall facilities. Includes lunch and refreshments. We can not guarantee a private space all the time, but will try to find a space for you if it’s possible

24 Hour Delegate: £112.00 per person (£135.00 frm January 2027)
Includes: Use of all our conference facilities as well as the Wydale Hall grounds and its amenities. Coffee/Tea on arrival, morning coffee/tea with assorted biscuits, hot and cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea/coffee with home-made cakes. Dinner and bed and breakfast.
Half Day-Delegate: £32.00 per person (£38.00 from January 2027)
Includes: Morning coffee & Lunch and Lunch & Afternoon tea.
Facilities
Large Chapel - £165.00 per day (£195.00 from January 2027)
This is the largest of our meeting rooms and can be arranged in various layouts to suit the needs of most groups. Capacity: 60 theatre style, 30 boardroom
The Conference Room - £165..00 per day (£195.00 from January 2027)
This conference room can be configured to suit most groups. It is centrally situated for all amenities of Wydale hall. Capacity: 50 theatre style, 25 boardroom
The Upper Meeting Room - £132.00 per day (£158.00 from January 2027)
This is situated on the first floor and offers a quite space for smaller groups.
Capacity: 25 theatre style, 16 Boardroom
The Library - £91.00 per day (£110.00 from January 2027)
Wydale Hall Library is the perfect setting for smaller groups who want a more informal day meeting.
Capacity: 15 seated on comfortable chairs.
Cancellation Policy
Wydale is a charitable arm of the Diocese of York. We are non-profit making and we are delighted to be able to offer the facilities that we do at the lowest price we can manage. However, as we have food and staffing costs to consider in advance of bookings it can be costly to us if bookings are cancelled or numbers are reduced at the last minute. Therefore we have to draw your attention to our cancellation policy. In exceptional circumstances we will discuss this with you.
These cancellation charges apply per person:
25% of the total cost will be charged for cancellation with 12 weeks of your stay
50% total cost will be charged for cancellation within 8 weeks of your stay
75% total cost will be chgarged within 4 weeks of your stay
100% total cost will be charged for cancellation within 7 days of your stay
A non-refundable Reservation Fee of 20% per person for a residential booking will be required (for groups) or payment of the first night (for individuals). A deposit of £10 per person will be required for Wydale non-residential events.
A signed booking form and paid Reservation Fee is confirmation of your booking.
Children
Children under 2 years: Free.
Children aged 2-11: 40% of adult price.
Children aged 12-16: 60% of adult price.
