ANDREW LEES, our talented , 2 rosette standard, Chef has several years of experience of working in the catering industry and teaching profession.
He has a passion for using locally sourced foods, cooking with flare, whilst always being mindful of rising food costs.
This will be a day with a combination of demonstration by Andrew and practical hands-on cooking by you. You will get to make (and take home!) bread rolls, platted fish pie, pheasant with vodka and blackcurrant and mincemeat pithivier.
Hopefully Andrew’s culinary skills and useful tips will go some way to helping you entertain your friends and family this Christmas.
