Wydale Hall is pleased to offer 5 idyllic spaces for your personal retreat. If you are looking for the benefits of the Wydale grounds, the quiet spaces, and the beautiful scenery but need some space for yourself, our self-catering options are perfect for you. Here you can benefit from all that a self-catered and larger personal space has to offer. Wydale has a variety of spaces available in "The Hope Wing" and "The Hideaway". Wifi is available across the whole of the Wydale site. Please note that use of the self-catering spaces does not allow access inside the Hall or to Hall facilities apart from use of the grounds.

The Hope Wing

The Hope Wing (names after a past Archbishop who opened the wing) is part of the Emmaus Centre which is our self catering accommodation. The Hope Wing is ground floor accommodation. We have two self-catering bedsits available with ensuite shower rooms, and two self-catering bedsits available which do not have ensuite, but each has access to a private use bathroom along the corridor. All bedsits have mini cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, Fridge, all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. All bedsits have towels and bedding provided and have a comfortable sitting area with a small desk/table.

Ensuite facilities @ £58.00 per night (1 double bed, so suitable for singles or couples). Both rooms are fully accessible.

Non Ensuite facilities but each with a private bathroom along the corridor @ £53.00 per night (twin beds so suitable for individuals or 2 people sharing. Both rooms are fully accessible (but not shared bathroom facilities which are also accessible)

The Hideaway

Is a self contained bedsit on the first floor of the Emmaus and is accessed via external steps. Offering a large open plan living space with a kitchenette and bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. The Hideaway has mini cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Towels and bedding are provided. The HIdeaway has a comfortable sitting area with a small desk/table.
