The cross of Christ provides the central symbol of the Christian faith. Apart from the cross there is no foundation for our faith. The consequences of the cross are multidimensional - they encompass ‘the breadth and length and height and depth of the love of God in Christ’. The various terms used to describe the consequences of the cross are windows into its fuller meaning. This study day will look through those windows to establish a fuller picture of the scale of God’s redeeming work through the cross of Christ.
Graham is a retired bishop, formerly principal of Ridley Hall theological college and member of the Wydale Community.
